  • Central, South or South West London (Tube Zones 1-4)
  • Ideally ‘second hand’ block managers, mainly mansion blocks and established properties
  • Ideal size of new instruction 20+ units so not just small conversions
  • Mixed client base so not all instructions with one client
  • Clear exit strategy for existing owners with 2 years maximum
